He has snow bibs and boots. And gloves. But those would take too long to put on.
He obviously doesn't care if he's cold. Check out the knees on his jeans.
And yes. That is his best friend. Only he's crazy enough to be out in the snow playing football with Owen.

Is his best friend Owen's age and that much bigger, or is he really older? He seems like a big fella. And, no, I'm not surprised that Owen spent his snow day playing football! :)
It's good that Owen has another fool- opps I mean friend that will play football no matter what the weather is!
His friend is 13 Robin. They are like Laurel and Hardy. They both just love football and run drills ALL DAY LONG. I told Owen that if he could guard Marcus, he could handle any 7 or 8 year old in his league. :p
